Senegal

I'm going to Senegal! I will be taking a 2-credit course discussing language, education and social justice in Senegal. I will be going with five other classmates and we will be keeping an academic blog which will reflect on our readings and lectures while in the country. This will be my first time on the continent of Africa. Similarly, to the Philippines, this is a country I did not see myself traveling to but the opportunity presented itself and who am I to turn down a experience to learn about another country?
